The Natural Alternative

An A-Z guide to the most popular, and effective herbal remedies

INTRODUCTION

Herbal medicines have gained enormously in popularity of late.... and small wonder. The herbal remedies, which were so familiar to our great-grandmothers, have never been more appropriate than today, in the 21st century.

Insomnia, depression, stress, eczema, asthma, arthritis, rheumatism, lowered immune system, exhaustion.... sadly almost endemic in todayΒ’s hectic world. Yet herbal medicines, used for thousands of years, so very often hold the key for curing these modern ailments. Most of the herbal medicines I have featured book are available in capsule, tincture, cream or ointment form from many good pharmacies.

Why not let Nature help you to help yourself?

DEBORAH FOWLER,

CORNWALL
