Dr. Edward Bach (1886-1936) was a physician and homeopath, who believed, as many doctors do today, that attitude of mind plays a major role in maintenance of health and helping the body to recover from illness. During his life, Dr. Bach developed 38 flower remedies, prepared from the flowers of wild plants, bushes and trees. The aim is to treat the individual, rather than the disease or its symptoms. Each of the flower remedies is available in a 10ml bottle, complete with dropper. They contain 240 parts brandy to one part infusion of the flower, as described.

Alcohol 40% by volume.

Dosage is 4 drops per day in a cup of water (preferably pure spring), to be sipped at intervals during the day. If you are taking several remedies at once, then 4 drops of each remedy should be added to 30ml of water, and sipped during the day. For immediate relief, you can place 4 drops directly onto your tongue.
